Description $62,355 Annually and a Free Family YMCA Membership Under the general direction of the Executive Director the Aquatics Director is responsible for the administration and direction of all aquatic programming. This position will function as a member of the total staff team in developing community relations, lay committees and long-range planning as well as the interpretation of YMCA programming to the public. The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester is conveyed.
