Casual Chef de Partie – Billy Barry's Hotel, North Sydney Billy Barry's Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Casual Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in North Sydney. This casual role is ideal for individuals with mid-senior level experience in hospitality, focusing on morning and lunch shifts to deliver high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences.
