The Procurement Operations Specialist is an operationally focused role responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, accuracy, and control of the purchase order (PO) process and its alignment to supplier contracts and procurement policies. The role oversees the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant procurement transactions across the organization. This role manages interactions between operations, procurement, accounts payable, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflows from requisition through payment. Qualifications: Education Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field Licenses/Certifications Required: - None Work Experience Required: - 2+ years prior experience in procurement, accounts payable, or supply chain transaction processing, and supplier management. - Experience with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, supplier integrations and catalog management within a P2P platform.
