We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Substation Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for a construction professional who excels at interpreting engineering plans, developing accurate cost estimates, and supporting construction planning and execution through reliable quantity takeoffs and cost data. Job Responsibilities: - Review and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications with a high level of accuracy. - Prepare detailed construction cost estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications. - Perform and document detailed quantity takeoffs for civil works, building construction, and high- and low-voltage electrical and mechanical installations. - Evaluate subcontractor bids, pricing, and change requests for accuracy and completeness. - Maintain, update, and contribute to the company’s construction cost database. - Develop unit costs using industry-standard labor, equipment, and material pricing. - Provide budget-level and detailed estimates for electrical sub...
