Job Summary: The Area QA/QC Area Supervisor provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for quality management across multiple regional project sites and fabrication facilities. This role is responsible for driving standardized quality execution, managing a team of site-based inspectors, and ensuring that all regional activities align with the business's quality requirements and industry codes. A typical day involves auditing multi-site compliance, coaching direct reports, and collaborating with project management teams to mitigate systemic risks and optimize fabrication costs. The Area Supervisor acts as the primary liaison between field operations and QA/QC leadership to ensure consistent quality excellence across the territory.
