KM2: About this position: The Relationship Management Associate (“RMA”) role will play an important role in supporting the T. Rowe Price Mid Europe Sales Team, which covers the DACH region and parts of the French/Luxembourg/Eastern European market. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and sizeable distribution team working in a fast paced and friendly environment with several Relationship Managers (“RMs”), supporting them in a variety of ways including meeting preparation and follow up, reporting and research, Salesforce (CRM system) management, managing pipeline and opportunities and liaising with other teams across the business such as Marketing, RFPs and Operations. Reporting to the “Head of Client Service Mid Europe” also based in Frankfurt, the RMA will support the two main distribution channels sales teams: “Intermediaries” – fund buyers/sellers including financial distributors, asset managers, FoFs, savings/co-operative/private banks, financial advisors – and the Institutional team – dealing primarily with pension institutions, insurance companies and Single Family Offices.
