Contracted Student Intern - Human Rights - ( 260003D5 ) Description The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking to hire an intern who will support its Human Rights Division in Central Office Boston. The Data Science Summer intern with the Human Rights Office (HRO) will primarily manage and analyze complaint data from the RL6 system, focusing on extraction, quality control, and report generation for monitoring. The intern will also support the WRCH pilot project and participate in the Data Science Program at DMH (DSPD) to develop research, analytical, and data management skills through weekly assignments and a supervised project. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): Fulfill requests from HRO staff for extracting complaint records from the RL6 system. - Contribute compilation of complaint data for regular reporting cycles. - Aid in the preparation of data summaries and visualizations as necessary. - Support the identification of missing or inconsistent data fields within RL6 records. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for RL6 complaint data fields and associated reporting procedures. - Aid with the WRCH Pilot Project upon re...
