School Age Childcare Educator (Lead Teacher) Inspire learning, creativity, and connection beyond the school day. East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is hiring School Age Childcare Educators (also known as Lead Teachers) to support our Champion Childcare and After School Enrichment Programs at Pell Elementary School . This role is ideal for educators who thrive in out-of-school time settings and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where elementary-aged children can learn, grow, and belong. This is a part-time, in-person role with consistent weekday afternoon hours during the school year. Why This Role Matters: Out-of-school hours are powerful.
