The eCoE is a talent engine for Finance through capability building and network building. There are three focus areas within eCoE: ● Financial Backbone ● Digital Innovation ● Analytics and Insights In our ongoing reflection across the eCoE and FEP Network on how to evolve our setup, we identified an opportunity to elevate our collective impact by creating “Analytics & Insights Engine” for the US Pharma Commercial business, scaling the learnings and best practices from other engines across the eCOE.
