Essential Functions: Prepare ingredients for entrees in advance. This will include chopping and slicing fruits and vegetables, peeling potatoes and washing food prior to cooking. Assist cooks in preparation and service of all menu items including salads, soups, and sauces. Stir stocks, sauces, dressings, and other pots upon cooks' requests. Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies. Rotate all products properly. Use safe and hygienic food handling practices at all times. Wash dishes and pots, operate dish washing equipment, and distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils when needed.
