ROLE OVERVIEW: The Systems Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily operational systems, reporting, and internal technical workflows across the business. This position serves as a bridge between operations, finance, and internal systems by assisting with reporting, system maintenance, and HelpDesk support. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Provide day-to-day support for business systems and operational tools. - Assist with internal HelpDesk requests and basic troubleshooting needs. - Prepare and maintain reports to support operational and financial visibility. - Support system workflows, data accuracy, and process consistency across teams. - Assist with monthly reporting and other recurring business support activities. - Help maintain internal systems, contact lists, and communication tools. - Assist with monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries through the company website. - Support field and office teams with system-related questions and issues. - Assist with new system tasks, updates, and special projects as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business operations.
