Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Specialist supporting our Water Business Line Delivery Centers, Water Delivery Discipline Teams, and Delivery Leaders. This role focuses on enabling practical, secure, and adopted Microsoft 365 and AI‑enabled solutions that improve workflows, standardize communications, and support delivery excellence. Your Key Responsibilities: Copilot & AI Enablement: Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Tools - Copilot Agent Development & Deployment - Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot agents (e.g., in Copilot Studio) to support business workflows, knowledge retrieval, and standardized communications. - Translate business needs into AI‑assisted workflows, prompts, and agent logic - Use of Power Automate to create AI workflows - Microsoft 365 Copilot Enablement - Apply Copilot and AI capabilities across Word (drafting/editing), Excel (analysis and summarization), PowerPoint (storyline creation), and Outlook/Teams (meeting summaries and action extraction). - Coach users and teams on effective prompt strategies, secure use of AI, and methods to improve output quality. - Develop quick‑start guides, internal training materials, and curat...
