Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Lead Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Bozeman, MT. Leadership: - Supervise, coordinate, and assign tasks to custodial staff. - Provide guidance and training to team members. - Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members. Cleaning Management: - Oversee routine cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, etc.) Manage specialized cleaning projects. - Inspect work to ensure quality standards. - Develop cleaning schedules and procedures. Communication: Compliance: - Order and maintain cleaning supplies/equipment. - Act as point of contact between staff and management. - Liaise between custodial staff and other departments. - Ensure adherence to federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations. Maintenance: Performance: Lead team in cleaning load balance for compliant results. - Handle complex cleaning tasks. - Assist with setup/cleanup for special events. - Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
