Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience with working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2 and 3 routers, and data services. - Experience in systematic troubleshooting in IP and Optical environments. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Knowledge of optical communications networking. - Experience with device repair, understanding of network topologies and global internet technologies - Experience in a NOC/TAC environment handling large scale IP networks.
