Join our Team as an Energy Storage Solutions Systems Engineer ! The Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Energy Storage Solutions Systems Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge energy storage systems. In this role, you'll define system requirements, shape architecture models, and support validation efforts using hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) platforms and real hardware systems in the lab and vehicle. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team of experts to deliver high-performance, safe, and reliable solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: - Architect & Design : Define system-level architecture and decompose functionality across subsystems (e.g., BMS, power electronics, controls), clearly allocating hardware and software responsibilities. - Model & Analyze: Develop and maintain system-level models and simulations (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, HIL) to optimize performance, safety, and reliability. - Integrate & Collaborate: Work closely with hardware, firmware, software, and test teams to ensure seamless integration across components and HIL environments. - Test & Validate: Create test plans, execute validation protocols, and troubleshoot issues to ensure s...
