Job description
The Customer Service Representative will respond to local and national Solvita customer needs for tissue products/services in a courteous and efficient manner. Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Environment and Physical Activities: - Must be highly customer service focused, able to handle inquires, and escalate concerns promptly as needed. - Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member. - Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control. - Must be a self-starter able to perform duties with minimal oversight. - Must meet minimum acceptable results on attention to detail assessments. - Heavy lifting required. - Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
