Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude with guests and co-workers - Redeem guests chips, slot machine tickets and Race and Sports tickets after book hours - Handle cash for cash exchanges - Accept marker payments and front money deposits - Issue cage markers and customer deposit withdrawals - Utilize computer terminals for the cashing of guests personal and / or payroll checks - Maintain chip purchases and EZ Pay Ticket purchases (slot machine tickets) - Perform credit / debit card transactions through cash advance systems - Assist Patrons in obtaining Casino Credit in absence of credit clerk - Handle exchange of foreign currency and chips - Maintain bank by keeping transactions and paperwork organized - Adhere to the turn-in time lines of the Main and Chip Banks - Ability to work Front Window Bank and Employee Bank proficiently - Maintain a thorough knowledge of Title 31 - Enter cash transactions and negotiable items into Title 31 Resort Advantage system - Balance bank at the end of shift by making sure to start and end the shift with the same amount of money - Adhere strictly to all Gaming Regulations - Perform all duties as deemed necess...
