This role is responsible for delivering consistent, high-impact support that enables performance, compliance, and a culture of care. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, this role provides guidance across the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on embedding group-wide initiatives, championing people-first, and operationally excellent practices that align to business priorities and elevate our employee experience.
