Job Description: About the Role: You’ll be one of the first key engineering hires on a new AI Products & Platform initiative, working directly with senior leadership to shape how AI is built and applied across Momence and the broader Xplor Fitness ecosystem. This is a foundational role — you’ll help establish patterns, ship early AI-driven capabilities, and influence the technical direction of AI across multiple products. The work spans customer-facing features and internal platform capabilities that enable teams to move faster with AI. Reporting into the VP of Engineering, you’ll work across backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend experiences.
