Job description
Min Max: Overview: Facilitates the delivery and evaluation of evidence-based comprehensive care to patients. Collaboration and referral to other health care providers, patient advocacy, teaching, and family counseling are major components of the role. Under the direction physician or designee, provides coordination of their respective department or work area. Licensure/Certification/Registry: One of the following is required: - Must possess and maintain licensing as an APRN as required by Illinois State Law; - Must possess and maintain licensing as a PA as required by Illinois State law; - Appropriate certification as a APRN or PA, as determined by department.• Maintain IL Controlled Substance license (Must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not held at time of hire).• Maintain DEA license (Must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not held at time of hire) in positions where required.• Valid CPR certification required. ACLS where required.
