Methodist Hospital looking to hire a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Inpatient team! Position Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist will work independently under minimal supervision and work cooperatively with health system and pharmacy staff. The pharmacist will provide professional pharmaceutical services by verifying orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information to healthcare providers, and overseeing the work of direct support personnel. The pharmacist should have the ability to set priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions and be able to adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. The pharmacist will be expected to respond to urgent and emergent patient cases and provide bedside services for patients in our emergency center.
