Position Objective: Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager. Compensation: $21-$25 DOE: Requirements: - Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow. - Submit sales orders and production tickets. - Understand the ERP application at a beginner level. - Perform customer service functions. - Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders. - Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
