Location: Arlington,Washington,United States Position Title: Seasonal Summer Support Department: Youth Services Status: Full Time Non-Exempt Grade: $25.40 hr. Reports to: Youth Services Supervisor - THIS IS A TEMPORARY /SEASONAL POSITION MAY 1st- OCT.1st.* Position Summary: The Seasonal Summer Support staff member plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable summer experience for youth participants. This position supports the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and cultural activities while providing direct supervision and positive mentorship to youth in a variety of group settings. Seasonal staff are expected to model respectful behavior, encourage participation, and help foster an inclusive environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and fun throughout the summer season.
