Position Description Summary/Purpose: Full-time faculty members at Goodwin University are responsible for maintaining the highest academic standards in their specific disciplines. They teach 15 credit hours each semester, across three semesters annually. Faculty teach year-round, serve on college committees, develop and update curricula, stay current in their academic fields and teaching methods, participate in both on- and off-campus staff development activities, perform administrative duties related to their roles, engage in university, professional, and community service, and pursue scholarly work related to teaching and learning.
