Job Description: Manage sales of Crushing and Screening business aftermarket products and services solutions to customers within an assigned geographical territory for Sales Balkans within SEMEC Sales Area (South Europe, Middle East and CIS) Reporting to the Territory Manager located in Bucharest, with the mission of managing the after-sales manager in accordance with the Sandvik Lifecycle business model. Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers; to anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and AM sales profit. Responsible for the Crushing and Screening business (SRP) after sales area. Successful candidates will work closely with direct customers and dealership network, supporting the team providing best solutions for customers to achieve the highest quality, product and customer service standards. Preparation, agreement with the person in charge and backline of the budget and its compliance on an annual basis.
