At Kip Brisbane , the Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the site. This role blends hands-on pet care with strategic leadership, people management, and business operations. You'll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional pet care, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, an drive site growth and success. You'll enjoy access to support functions within our Head Office - we're here to help you succeed! The ideal candidate will be available to work hours between 7am-6pm, Monday through Sunday - rosters can be discussed with shortlisted candidates but typically reflect a five-day work week inclusive of one weekend day. Availability to work across all school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.
