POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Accountant, Payroll Accounting serves a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and recording of compensation accounting transactions for Cheniere Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries (individually and collectively, the “Company”) subject to external and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements. This role will interact closely with various departments, including Human Resources, Financial Reporting, Legal, and Tax. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Prepare accounting and reporting records for share-based compensation, including the reconciliation of all related transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
