Role Summary Anthropologie is looking for an Instructional Design intern to join them this summer! This intern will support the Service & Styling team by creating dynamic training through engaging content development and a modern, thoughtful and innovative approach to design with a variety of end uses and mediums to educate our store teams on selling to and styling the customer. Role Responsibilities: - Support Multimedia Instructional Designer to ideate / elevate training materials around service, selling and styling initiatives and uphold brand design standards and style guides. - Partner with service and styling leadership to determine content / training needs, timelines and ownership. - Write short, impactful and creative training content for store team development and product confidence. - Have basic understanding of training fundamentals and support editing of content as needed during the design process. - Design digital content including activities, tutorials, job aids, assessments, multimedia based assets and printed materials. - Create mini-campaign branding assets (i.e. logos, mockups, etc.) for use in all training workshops or other meeting / training needs. - Proactivel...
