General Function: - Provide general assistance as determined by the department. Job Duties: The Career and Technical Programs (CTP) Division at Harper College is seeking a student aide to assist with the following tasks beginning in May of 2026: Other duties as assigned. - Front desk reception. - Answering telephone calls and assisting callers. - Reviewing division syllabi. - Distributing mail and promotional items. - Assisting faculty and staff with clerical projects. Personal Characteristics: Reliable, organized, and punctual. Ability to follow directions. Experience Requirements: Basic keyboarding skills Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Office or customer service experience a plus To apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester (3 in the summer semester).
