Job description

As a Vice President in our Investment Banking coverage team, you will be an integral part of deal execution and client coverage for General Industries (GI) and Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) clients. You will support senior bankers, take ownership of work streams, and gradually develop leadership skills while contributing to the team’s success across a range of banking products. Job Responsibilities: - Participate in the execution of transactions across mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, equity capital, and debt capital raises for GI and FSG clients. - Serve as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day deal matters, with a focus on Australia, and assist in global cross-border transactions involving Australian clients. - Coordinate and review the analytical work of Associates and Analysts, helping to move the marketing and execution process forward. - Assist in preparing and refining marketing and execution materials, including financial models and presentations, to ensure high-quality client deliverables. - Work closely with internal and external parties on transactions, such as lawyers, accountants, and third-party consultants. - Support client neg...
