About the Role: As a Digital Channels Assurance Manager , you will be a specialist responsible for supporting Digital Delivery teams in fulfilling their risk management responsibilities. The role provides assurance across both build and run activities within Digital Strategy, Delivery and Design Management across Retail digital channels. You will drive improvements in the control environment and ensure digital risks and regulatory obligations are proactively identified and managed. The role is accountable for designing and executing control testing, informing risk profiling, and coordinating remediation activities, while working closely with stakeholders to embed strong governance across digital platforms and customer‑facing technologies.
