JOB SUMMARY: Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Greet and check-in patients upon arrival and perform check-out upon departure while ensuring patient information is collected, entered in the computer system accurately, and that all patients are aware of policies and procedures.
