The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Before and After School Childcare Floater willing to float between childcare sites within a specific region to join our team. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As a Before and After School Floater is responsible for supporting and assisting Before and After School staff in implementing childcare program services. The position fills in for absent staff, assist with daily routines, and provide extra support to children and teachers. Provides a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
