Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our Paving Team. Primary Responsibilities: - Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors. - Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing. - Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. - Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues. - Perform maintenance based on client work orders. - Document daily work activities. Minimum Qualifications: All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
