Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Pursuit Specialist to join the Preconstruction team in Minnesota! In this role, you will be pivotal in strengthening our project pursuits by collaborating with Preconstruction, Accounting, and Construction teams. Your focus will be on providing support to ensure smooth and organized processes, offering top-notch customer service, and maintaining consistency throughout the pursuit and preconstruction phase. From kickstarting pursuits to seamlessly transitioning into project execution, you'll play a key part in driving efficiency and maintaining a client-centered approach. Some things you can expect to do: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in relevant systems and databases. Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures. Serve as point of contact and facilitate communication between departments, regions, and sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow. Initiate project number creation and manage awareness and access for necessary team members.
