Overview GPM Investments, LLC is hiring its first in-house litigator to build and own the company's litigation function. Joining an eight-attorney legal team, this attorney will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including active case handling, outside counsel oversight, discovery management, subpoena compliance, and debt collection, across GPM's wholesale fuel distribution, retail and commercial real estate operations. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of litigation experience and is looking for the autonomy and cross-functional exposure that comes with an in-house role at a growing, operationally driven company. The title (Litigation Counsel or Senior Litigation Counsel) will depend on the candidate's experience. This position will report to the General Counsel or a Deputy General Counsel. This position is remote-eligible with a hybrid arrangement available for candidates near GPM’s Richmond, VA or Dallas, TX offices.
