Vice President, Growth Initiatives Summary: The Vice President, Growth Initiatives will be directly responsible for the Securitech, Arrow, Lawrence, and Behavioral Health business segments which have the capability for rapid growth as well as lead the Marketing & Digital Content group for all the Access and Egress Hardware (AEH) brands. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and P&L owners to deliver revenue and margin expansion through disciplined execution and cross-brand alignment. The position reports directly to the President, Access & Egress Hardware Group and is based at our Connecticut facilities.
