Overview We are looking for Experienced Semiconductor Equipment Technicians in the Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) which will support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) and Advanced Microcircuit Emulation (AME) programs, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. SRI’s Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation, manufacturing support, and regular preventative and/or corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment including electrical, mechanical or software installation, comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, and repairs to non-functioning equipment. - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and software problems to determine fixes and make repairs due to unscheduled downtime. - Interact with internal SRI departments (i.e., Purchasing, Shipping, Receivin...
