IT Intern

Job description

The IT Intern will support the Information Technology team in maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment and exposure to a wide range of technologies, while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services across the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues - Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment - Support user account management, including setup, access changes, and deactivation - Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, escalating complex issues as needed - Help maintain IT documentation, including procedures, asset inventories, and user guides - Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance activities - Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, deployments, or process improvements - Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner - Support cybersecurity initiatives by following company policies and identifying pote...
