Associate Director Access & Reimbursement

Job description

The Associate Director of Access & Reimbursement is responsible for leading the development and execution of US market access and reimbursement strategies to ensure optimal payer coverage and patient access across the CSL Seqirus portfolio. This role partners closely with commercial, marketing, medical and pricing teams to shape payer strategy across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBMs, and Federal accounts. The Associate Director provides strategic insights into the evolving reimbursement landscape across both the medical and drug benefit and contributes to long term pricing, contracting, and access strategies that support CSL Seqirus business objectives and the long-term pricing goals for the organization. Major Responsibilities: Enact key strategic initiatives to help facilitate CSL Seqirus to achieve / exceed specific sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
