Job Req Number: 111025 Time Type: Full Time We are looking for an MDM Change Manager who will lead the successful adoption of data‑related improvements, standards, and processes across the organization. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between MDM teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that changes in data governance, data quality, systems, and ways of working are clearly communicated, well understood, and effectively implemented. You will also support MDM sub‑departments and help ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable business value, minimize disruption, and strengthen master data as a sustainable, high‑quality asset. Key responsibilities: Define and execute change management strategies for MDM initiatives. Align people, processes, and technology to support MDM transformation. Manage the end-to-end MDM change process within established governance. Ensure compliance with MDM standards, policies, and data quality principles.
