Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our COO Administration Team leadership team in the role of Quality Manager. Responsible for managing and supporting employees in identifying, monitoring, evaluating, educating, and improving processes affecting the care of patients as evidenced by measurable and sustained outcomes. Provides day-to-day operational leadership in the functional areas of quality improvement consulting and patient safety. Manages the development and implementation of quality initiatives. Owns and oversees end to end strategies to ensure the highest rating through appropriate measurement bodies, including The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS), Anthem, ISDH and other 3rd party payors.
