We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to join our DK Living team. Sitting at the heart of our publishing workflow, this role combines strong administrative expertise with creative coordination, ensuring the seamless delivery of jackets and sales materials. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Working closely with Creative, Sales, Marketing, Production, and colleagues across the UK, US, and Delhi, you will act as the central link between departments, keeping projects on track through effective schedule management, clear communication, and a proactive approach. You’ll help ensure every stage - from concept to completion - runs efficiently and successfully.
