Training Delivery Lead - Logistics £38,000 - £45,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A) Hybrid role, based near our depots in Newhouse or Lea Green with regular travel across these sites and occasional travel to other UK depots and our support centre in Manchester (find out more about our hybrid working policy at jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). We’re looking for a Training Delivery Lead to join our Logistics Support Centre (LSC) team. This regional role will focus on coordinating and delivering high-quality, consistent training across our depots in Newhouse, Lea Green, Carrickfergus and Dalcross. You’ll work closely with the depot leadership teams to ensure new and existing colleagues receive the right training at the right time, helping us stay compliant and build capability across our logistics network.
