Job Description Technicians at Nordstrom are key to the success of operations that keep merchandise flowing seamlessly to our stores and customers. The Technical Support Services team is seeking a qualified Technician 1 to support users with inquiries involving computer systems, hardware, and software, with a focus on providing excellent service to Nordstrom employees. Standout candidates will be tech savvy with quick analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position requires that the candidate work onsite at our Distribution Center in Dubuque, IA. The scheduled shift will be Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM CT. A day in the life…: Provide quick and effective assistance to users, guiding them in-person through troubleshooting and maintenance. Utilize daily work management systems data to prioritize backlog of work and communicate identified issues/changes to leadership.
