As GZA continues to grow, our Corporate Finance Department is expanding with it! We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Norwood, MA. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume AP environment and enjoys collaborating as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Qualifications: The annual base salary for this position may range between $55,000-$65,000. The actual base salary and total compensation will depend on many factors, including location, candidate experience, education, professional licensure, and other qualifications. - Timely and accurate AP voucher entry - Apply correct general ledger and project codes to the AP vouchers - Assist (internal clients) with preparation of electronic Purchase Orders - Respond to vendor phone and mail inquiries - Review and process employee expense reports bi-weekly - Coordinate processing of vendor payments weekly, including checks & E-checks - Promptly communicate any vendor pricing or payment timing issues and assist in resolving disputed terms or transactions - Complete vendor statement reconciliations monthly - Assist with 1099 preparation - On occasion...
