The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions. As a Machinist, you will play a key role in operating CNC mills and lathes to support our growing manufacturing team. You’ll work closely with teammates to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to learn new equipment, and room to grow as our capabilities expand.We’re looking for a dependable team players who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys solving problems in a collaborative shop environment. Positions are available on day and night shifts; some schedule flexibility is required. The current schedule is four 12-hour shifts per week.
