Machine Operator

Job description

Responsibilities: - Prepare machinery for operation by ensuring all necessary materials are available, and machines are calibrated according to specifications. - Operate assigned machines to produce high-quality products, monitor production processes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output. - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards. Identify and address any deviations from specifications. - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team. - Assist with Lacing the lines. - Troubleshoot machine errors and faults, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. - Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and quality control checks.
