Structural Steel Shop Supervisor – Fabrication (2nd Shift) Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: 2nd Shift Employment Type: Direct Hire Pay: Starts at $32.00/hour+, higher based on experience Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced fabrication professional to lead second-shift operations within a structural steel manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supervising shop personnel, supporting production goals, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on fabrication expertise who can guide a team while maintaining efficiency and high-quality output.
