About Parkade Parkade is modernizing private parking. We’re creating a world with far less parking — but one where every parking spot is available at the push of a button, and priced, managed and enforced well. We are looking for a Manager/Director/Head of People (title varies by experience) to help us scale our 40+ person team to 100 employees and beyond. We imagine this role will likely be 70% HR and 30% recruiting . You’ll get a budget for recruiting/sourcing help or hires as needed. In this role, you will own our entire people function, including HR, recruiting and onboarding. You will be the architect of our team, owning five key areas: People operations Policies & compliance: Feedback: Hiring process: Culture: We want someone who can thoughtfully adapt enterprise-level policies to our agile, entrepreneurial environment while preserving what makes our culture special.
